  • Howdy JerryW49,

In many cases, nosotros tin can enter "BIOS" setting screen with USB keyboard by pressing a special primal, like [Del], [F2] etc simply later on PC turns ON.
If you connect the keyboard via USB-hub, try to connect it directly to PC (without using USB-hub).

Would y'all provide the brand and model proper name of your computer or motherboard?

  • I take a organization that uses a USB keyboard. There is no PS/2 port on the motherboard. I need to access the BIOS but the keyboard is not recognized until afterwards windows is loaded.

I've found (with some desktop computers) that the keyboard must be plugged into the topmost/rightmost USB port, so try different USB ports when you switch on.
